What is your sample policy?
Sample costs are charged initially but returned upon placing an order. Lead time for normal styles is approximately 7-10 days.
What testing equipment do you use?
We utilize safety shoe wear testers, impact resistance testers, folding testers, and compression pierced testers to ensure quality.
What is the quality guarantee period?
All our safety shoes come with a 6-month quality guarantee after shipping. We compensate for any damage occurred within this period in the next order.
What are the standard payment terms?
We accept L/C and T/T. Normally, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the balance paid upon copy of B/L.
