How can I get samples to check quality?
We can provide samples for quality checks. The sample fee depends on the design and quantity, which can be refunded once an order is placed.
What are your payment terms?
Normally, we accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, and PayPal. For other payment methods, please check with us.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For new designs, it is 1200 pairs/style (2-3 colors). For styles already in production, it is 1000 pairs/style. Small trial orders can be negotiated.
What is the expected delivery time?
For new orders, production takes approximately 45-60 days. For ready-to-ship stock shoes, it is about 5-7 days.
Who handles the sample express freight?
If you have a domestic office, we can bear the freight. Otherwise, we require your express account number or pre-payment of freight with the sample fee.
