We can produce a full range of garments, including T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, pants, dresses, and more. Offering 100% customization services, we support style design, fabric selection, size standards, and brand logo customization.
Q2: Do you provide samples? How to calculate the sample cost and delivery time?
We support sample production. A sample service fee is charged based on the style complexity. For large orders (over 100 pieces), the sample fee can be refunded after placing the order. The sample cycle is 3-5 working days, shipped via DHL/FedEx (3-7 days delivery).
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for regular spot styles is 100 pieces/style/color. For customized styles, it is 200 pieces, though we offer a trial order threshold of 150 pieces for new customers to reduce initial risk.
Q4: How long is the production cycle and how is quality ensured?
Regular orders (1000-5000 pieces) take 10-20 working days. We use a full-process quality inspection system, including fabric pre-storage testing, in-process sampling, and a 100% final inspection before shipping to meet AQL 2.5 standards.
Q5: What international logistics methods are supported?
We offer express delivery (DHL, UPS, FedEx), air freight (3-10 days), and sea freight (20-40 days via Maersk/COSCO). We recommend the best solution based on your destination and budget.
Q6: What payment methods are supported?
We support secure payment methods such as T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). The standard ratio is a 30% deposit upon confirmation and the remaining 70% after bulk production completion and inspection.
