Sure, we provide samples for approval before production. Please note that sample production involves a fee.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per design.
4. Can I put my design logo on the items?
Yes, we offer custom services. Please send your logo design to us for reference.
5. How are sample fees handled?
Our sample fee is refundable, meaning we will return it in your bulk order if your order meets our 100 pcs/design/color requirement.
6. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms include T/T, Western Union, Alipay, Trade Assurance, and PayPal (PayPal is for sample orders only).
