A: We provide free samples to our long-term regular customers. For new customers, we charge a sample fee for each style, which is fully refunded once the bulk order meets our MOQ.
6. Q: What is the estimated lead time for bulk orders?
A: The standard production time for bulk orders is approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the sample and specifications are finalized.
